Navy Depths: HOKA's Tor Ultra Lo Gets an atmos-Exclusive Makeover

HOKA is pulling its trail-bred Tor Ultra Lo into the city once more, this time in a nocturnal shade of navy made exclusively for atmos. The result is a pair that honors the silhouette's outdoor roots while keeping the color story disciplined and understated.

The upper is washed almost entirely in deep navy, with thick nubuck panels set against perforated sections across the forefoot and sidewalls. Rather than relying on contrast, the design lets texture do the talking, so the monochrome palette gains depth without losing its calm. Laces, eyelets and overlays follow the same tonal approach, and a small GORE-TEX label near the collar hints at the weather-resistant lining inside. HOKA branding sits quietly on the lateral side instead of acting as a loud focal point, which gives the sneaker a clean, utilitarian finish.

Below, the navy treatment carries through the oversized, sculpted midsole, underlining the chunky, trail-ready proportions that made the Tor Ultra Lo one of HOKA's early crossover hikers. A Vibram Megagrip outsole supplies technical traction under that substantial platform, with a small yellow Vibram badge adding a rare touch of color.
