Nike and Swedish fashion imprint Our Legacy Work Shop have officially announced a multi-category performance running collection slated to launch in Spring 2027. Initially reported by The Business of Fashion, the partnership introduces completely original footwear and apparel silhouettes engineered to bridge sports innovation with understated Scandinavian design.
Spearheaded by Our Legacy co-founder Jockum Hallin and Nike’s vice president and creative director of energy collaborations Jarrett Reynolds, the collection aims to serve the "all-day athlete" through transitional menswear and womenswear. Designed as a pared-back take on traditional sportswear, the range disguises Nike's high-performance technology beneath Our Legacy's minimalist, deconstructed design language. “It’s nothing that is already existing that we’re just putting a colour on. It’s built from scratch,” noted Reynolds.
The collaboration arrives amidst a global surge in running participation and signals Nike's strategic push into the lifestyle-adjacent running space under CEO Elliott Hill. For Stockholm-based Our Legacy—which surpassed $50 million in sales following a minority investment from LVMH in 2024—the partnership represents one of its most substantial ventures to date. Prior to the full commercial debut, the partners will preview the project through limited initiatives centered on upcycling vintage Nike garments and deadstock materials.
The Nike x Our Legacy Work Shop running collection is scheduled to launch in Spring 2027 through both brands' direct channels and select curated global retailers.
