This season strives to balance heat retention, wind resistance, lightweight wear, and supreme comfort, offering a layering system that adapts seamlessly to shifting temperatures and environments. By reexamining the relationship between the body and clothing, the collection highlights the brand's ongoing commitment to incrementally enhancing both protection and comfort.
A standout piece of the collection is the inflatable vest, born from the concept of utilizing air itself as insulation. Pushing material development forward, the line introduces a new titanium-treated fabric, showcased across cocoon-silhouette padded jackets utilizing WINDSTOPPER by GORE-TEX LABS®, padded vests complete with metal toggles, and lightweight insulated blankets. Alongside its research into cutting-edge textiles, the brand continues to explore the potential of natural fibers, aiming to push functionality and structural design even further.
Set in Tokyo, the campaign draws inspiration from Japan's experimental photography scene and underground culture. The resulting visuals rely on stark contrasts, deep shadows, night shoots, direct flash, and bold cropping. By actively embracing imperfections and spontaneous moments, the imagery conveys a raw, human presence that defies artificial perfection. The Goldwin 0 Fall/Winter 2026 collection will gradually roll out at Goldwin retail stores, the Goldwin official online store, and global wholesale partners. To celebrate the launch, a special pop-up will take place on the second floor of DOVER STREET MARKET GINZA from Friday, October 16 to Thursday, October 22. Alongside the full collection, the space will offer a limited release of the inflatable vest—an exclusive piece available only at the pop-up and Goldwin direct retail locations.
