Marking their highly anticipated second collaborative venture, Evisen Skateboards and Vans have joined forces once again to reimagine the iconic Skate Half Cab.
The collaborative shoe incorporates Vans’ WaffleCup sole construction for enhanced board feel and flexibility, alongside Duracap overlays for durability and PopCush insoles for impact absorption. The upper features textured fabrics and shimmering finishes inspired by samurai armor and ceremonial attire, while the palette draws from traditional Japanese colors such as iron green, lacquer black, constitutional red and ivory white. A distinctive purple heel patch, historically associated with nobility in Japan, adds depth and symbolic resonance.
Custom embellishments are thoughtfully placed throughout, including bespoke co-branded tongue tags, unique graphic insoles, and Evisen's recognizable motifs debossed into the heel panel.
