JOURNAL STANDARD relume has opened pre-orders on a six-piece Batman graphic T-shirt collection that treats its DC cinematic source material as the finishing layer on what is, at its foundation, an exercise in blank construction. Each piece is built on an open-end jersey cotton body, a yarn structure commonly found on American vintage T-shirts, that has been product-washed to deliver the texture and drape of a shirt that has already been through years of rotation. The artwork, drawn from the theatrical campaigns for Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight trilogy and Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, is printed across the six variations

The fabric is 100% cotton, spun using the open-end method that produces a coarser, airier yarn compared to ring-spun alternatives. That airiness translates to a dry, slightly rough hand feel with a noticeable weight to it, creating a body that the brand describes as tough, opaque even in the white colorways, and resistant to the kind of wear that thins out lighter jersey over time. The product wash applied during finishing compresses the fibers and softens the surface just enough to simulate the broken-in character of a vintage tee without sacrificing the fabric's structural density.

Six graphic treatments are mapped across three base colors. The black colorway anchors the lineup with three variations: a Nolan Dark Knight main teaser print, a Dark Knight Rises Catwoman composition, and a Batman v Superman shield logo. White carries two treatments, a Dark Knight Joker paint design and a Batman v Superman Batman paint graphic. A single navy option rounds out the range with a Dark Knight Joker print. Each pulls directly from the films' original theatrical artwork, positioning the graphics as archival reprints rather than reinterpretations, placed on a garment body that has been engineered to age in step with the imagery's worn, cinematic tone.

The JOURNAL STANDARD relume Batman print T-shirts are available for pre-order now.
