The engineering decision here is more deliberate than decorative. Each of the three colorways carries its own material hierarchy, treating the mule conversion as an opportunity to reconfigure familiar Samba components rather than simply subtract them.
The “Off White/Preloved Brown” and “Beige” iterations lean into the seasonal brief most directly. Both deploy mesh as the primary upper construction, a breathable base that reduces weight and increases airflow, while leather reinforces the T-toe overlay for structural retention at the forefoot.
