Timberland PRO and Ford’s First Collab Is a Work Boot Inspired by the F-150 Truck

Workwear has a way of crossing worlds. The same pieces built to handle demanding job sites often end up becoming part of everyday style and culture. That shared DNA makes the first collaboration between Timberland PRO and Ford feel natural, bringing together two American names long associated with durability, grit and getting the job done.

Few boots carry the cultural weight of Timberland. What started as rugged footwear designed for New England tradespeople eventually crossed into hip-hop, streetwear and global fashion, becoming a symbol of everyday style. Ford, meanwhile, has spent more than a century defining the American truck, with the F-150 standing as one of the most recognizable vehicles on the road. For decades the truck has been synonymous with reliability and blue-collar pride, making the pairing a respectful nod to everyday workers and builders.

The Timberland PRO x Ford F-150 Boondock 6-Inch Waterproof Work Boot is a piece designed to carry the toughness of both brands into the jobsite. Function comes first with its waterproof construction, heavy-duty protection and reliable comfort. But the details reveal the crossover. Ford’s signature blue accents appear throughout the boot, while a co-branded “Built Ford Tough” key loop, custom F-150 lacing hardware and heel clips subtly reference the truck’s design language. Up front, a molded rubber overtoe stamped with the Ford logo echoes the look of the F-150 grille — a small visual cue that ties the worlds of footwear and automotive engineering together.

Offered in both composite safety toe (black, $250 USD) and soft toe (brown, $250 USD) versions, the Timberland PRO x Ford F-150 Boondock Work Boot arrives March 12 in limited quantities. The release will be available online at timberland.com and at select stores across cities with deep working-class roots like New York City, Detroit, Chicago, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
