To commemorate the historic auction of "Trey"—the only long-term museum-exhibited Triceratops skeleton ever to hit the market—JOOPITER and Co-Museum have teamed up to release a highly exclusive capsule collection. Partnering with Los Angeles-based fashion brands 424 and Hoorsenbuhs, the commemorative drop successfully bridges the gap between art, fashion, and natural history through story-driven objects.
Reinterpreting dinosaur iconography into contemporary collectibles, the multi-brand collaboration offers a diverse range of items. Streetwear label 424 delivers a distressed trucker hat, a patched T-shirt, and a red-painted tote bag, each emblazoned with brand logos and abstract dinosaur motifs. Adding a touch of luxury hardware to the lineup, Hoorsenbuhs has crafted a special sterling silver keychain shaped to resemble the revered prehistoric creature.
The centerpiece of the capsule, however, is a limited-edition dinosaur sculpture crafted by Co-Museum. Restricted to a run of just 100 pieces, the item is a scaled replica of Trey's skull featuring a hand-painted fiberglass cast mounted on a steel stand. Elevating its historical significance, each sculpture incorporates encased fragments of genuine Triceratops fossils, creating a direct physical link to the Late Cretaceous period.
The apparel and collectibles launch alongside a once-in-a-generation opportunity for collectors to steward the actual artifact.
