Don C is officially reconnecting with BAPE to deliver a comprehensive collaborative capsule just in time for NBA All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles. The Chicago streetwear pioneer has applied his signature luxury-sport aesthetic to the Japanese brand's most iconic silhouettes, grounding the collection in a "Mamba Mentality" theme defined by exotic textures and court-ready functional wear.
The centerpiece of the footwear offering is an all-white leather BAPE STA, elevated by a grey and black snakeskin fabric applied to the side panel star branding. According to the lookbook, this flagship model is accompanied by two additional BAPE silhouettes arriving in black-and-white and navy blue colorways, designed to coordinate directly with the apparel drops.
On the clothing front, the collection leans heavily into basketball heritage. Key pieces include shooting warm-up shirts, shorts, and tear-away track pants, all merging BAPE’s camouflage and ape character motifs with distinct Don C branding.
