Aimé Leon Dore (ALD) has released its SS26 lookbook, revealing all-new collaborations with New Balance and Technics. Bringing together its retro sportswear sensibilities with textured tailoring and colorful prep looks, this season the brand presents an energetic collection.
In addition to new NY Yankees and Mets merch, New Balance and ALD present a dopamine-hued activewear capsule rendered in cobalt blue and neon green. Standing out is a technical running vest, featuring reflective logos, and a blue mesh hoodie. ALD's retro sensibilities blend well with the Technics collaboration, which manifests in an intarsia beanie, a graphic jersey, and a green and gold turntable. Elsewhere, Gore-Tex-branded technical jackets and hats offer more neutral options.
Tailoring also leans towards a vintage aesthetic, featuring herringbone fabrics, narrow baseball stripes, and earth-toned tweeds in the material mix. One look features a white striped double-breasted blazer worn with matching trousers, while another suit, a charcoal suit, is worn with a graphic tee featuring art by Alekos Fassianos. The Greek artist's work is dappled throughout the collection, nodding to Santis's heritage.
Knitwear is where some of the boldest colors come through. Blank basics, including quarter zips and sweatpants, are offered in a prep-inspired palette, featuring yellow, periwinkle, red, and turquoise. With chunky mesh and ribbed constructions, knitted sweaters and tops add character to layered styling.
